④ You review before it ships : Once complete, I share photos of the finished painting with you. If anything needs a tweak, we sort it out. Your full satisfaction is confirmed before anything moves.

⑤ Then we ship : Only after you're happy. Payment for the remaining amount can be made online at review time, or you can opt for Cash on Delivery (a small additional charge applies).
